"Invoices are so much easier now"
I’ve been using Intuit mostly for invoices, it’s made that whole part of my day way less annoying. Quick invoice, send it out, then check if it’s been paid. No digging around. No weird spreadsheet mess.

It’s not perfect. Sometimes I still end up clicking around more than I want to. But for keeping invoices organized and staying on top of payments, it works really well for me.

Used Intuit for my small business, and billing’s been easy to follow. Price showed up before I paid, and the invoices clearly lay out what I’m paying for. Haven’t seen any random charges so far, and when my plan renewed, got a notice ahead of time. that’s all I wanted, simple and no surprises.

"Menus Can Feel a Bit Cluttered"
I like the idea of the app, but the menus feel kind of cluttered at times. It makes me wonder a bit about the overall polish and quality, since I have to slow down and look around more than I’d expect just to find what I need...

"Helpful when it works, but the follow-up is confusing"
I mostly use Intuit for bank feeds and connecting a couple of apps, and when everything is working, it really does save me a lot of time. The setup wasn’t too bad either. The frustrating part is that my bank connection drops more often than I expected, and some of the app integrations feel hit or miss. I’ve had to reconnect accounts and clean up duplicate transactions a few times. What makes it more annoying is that when something breaks, the next steps aren’t always clear, so I end up guessing what I’m supposed to do. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not as smooth as I hoped.

"Payroll has been quick and painless so…"
Payroll has been quick and painless so far, which I really appreciate. I haven’t run into any major headaches yet. That said, it’s not perfect, and I do wish a few things felt a bit more intuitive, but overall it’s been getting the job done without much hassle.

I used Intuit and ended up getting help from one of their experts. They were nice, and to be fair, they did answer my question... it just took longer than I expected. I also had to explain the same thing twice, which was kind of frustrating in the moment. The advice was useful once we got there, so I can't say it was a bad experience. I guess I just expected it to feel a bit quicker and smoother for the price. Overall, not bad, but not amazing either.

"Not what I expected in a good way"
I thought dealing with IRS questions was going to be stressful and confusing, but they made the whole thing feel surprisingly calm. I expected a lot of back-and-forth and panic, but they really had my back and helped me feel like it was under control.

"Decent app, but frustrating when you need help"
The mobile app is fine for quick checks and basic stuff, but it does freeze sometimes, and signing in can be weirdly annoying. What bothers me more is that when something goes wrong, it feels like there’s no real person to talk to, just automated help and menus. It’s not terrible, but it definitely needs to be smoother and a little more human.

"Payments seem to go through fine most of..."
Payments seem to go through fine most of the time, but for some reason the actual payouts take forever to show up in my bank. It’ll say the customer paid, but then I’m waiting days before I can actually access the money. I reached out to support and mostly got generic answers without a clear explanation. For a small business, that kind of delay really messes with cash flow. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I expected better from intuit

"E-filing wasn’t exactly quick"
I tried to e-file through intuit.com it wasn’t not frustrating. It kept making me go back and double-check things that were already correct, which got old fast. After that, my submission just sat there pending for hours. It did finally go through, so I can’t say it didn’t work, but the whole process definitely wasn’t smooth.

"Support was surprisingly helpful"
I had an issue getting into my account and support got back to me way faster than I expected. The person actually read what I wrote and fixed it without making me go in circles, which I really appreciated. Happy with how it all went.

"My refund looked off"
My refund amount didn’t seem right, so I ended up going back through things myself. It made the whole filing process more stressful than it needed to be, and now I’m not really sure I trust the numbers.

"Onboarding was a bit messy"
Getting started was kind of confusing. The onboarding felt a little all over the place, and I wasn’t always totally sure what I was supposed to do next. It eventually made sense, more or less, but it could definitely be smoother

"Not the Cheapest, But I’ll Stick With It"
I’ll admit, I hesitated a bit because the price isn’t exactly the lowest out there. But after using it for a while, it does save me time every month, and that counts for a lot. I still wish it were a little cheaper, but it feels fair enough for what I get...

"Login works, but it feels a little clunky"
I can usually get into my Intuit account without any real issues, so that’s good. But the login process feels like a lot sometimes. Like, I get why they ask for codes and all that, security is important, but it seems to happen often. Then I’m waiting longer than I expected just to check something quick. It’s not awful or anything, and I do get in eventually, but it could definitely be smoother.

"My Honest Refund Experience"
My gut feeling about the refund process was mixed from the start. I reached out expecting it to be a hassle, but it actually wasn’t as bad as I thought. The response took a little time, which made me wonder if I’d have to keep chasing them, but once they got back to me, things moved along smoothly. I wouldn’t say it was perfect, but overall, I felt like they handled it fairly.

"Helpful once I got it set up"
From what I remember setting it up, the multi-user permissions on intuit.com were handy for our team. I was able to give people the access they needed without opening up everything to everyone. A few of the settings took me a minute to track down, but after that it’s been working fine.
